The Habitat Module is in itself a self-contained spacecraft with 5000 square feet of space in both the living quarters and the Garden Module for a total of more than 10,000 square feet .  The Mayflower II has a 120 Habitat Modules and could easily handle 2 to 3 families per module.  We are, however, trying to limit the number of families per modules to two.

The Garden Module is an integral part of the Habitat Module as it provides basic filtration of both water and air for both modules.  While lighting is provided by artificial means all the plants and lights have been thoughly tested for compatibility to provide years of service and productivity.

Habitat Module spaces can vary according to your personal tastes and the needs of your family. Several standard package options are available.

Upgraded module spaces can add additional costs to the overall package choice depending on your tastes and the extras chosen.

Kitchen and bath and other utilities cannot be upgraded. But, they do come with all the modern conveniences. This is a requirement because of the wastewater recycling system involved.

Upgraded living spaces can add additional costs to the overall package choice depending on your tastes and the extras chosen. But, our standard packages come with a lot of frills already added like our large plasma screen TVs.

The Garden Modules brings the outdoors right to you. They are designed to be both functional and aesthetic.

The Garden Modules are both the ship's parks and gardens at the same time and is a vital part of our waste recycling technology used throughout the ship.
